Ryan Holmes is an investor and founder of HotSuite, a social media account management website.

They say that to be a successful entrepreneur you do not need special qualifications but only a doctor's certificate from which to find out if it is beneficial for you to invest in a particular project or business. Whether or not That's very easy to find by Holmes.

They give the  formula three times for this.

You will find great business ideas everywhere but the talented people who follow these ideas are one million.

A good business requires hard work

Any company owner needs people who are motivated and hard.
